Abstract Submission

The Scientific Advisory Committee will review all submitted abstracts monthly and will issue notifications (accepted or not accepted) within two months of submission. Successful applicants may be assigned to either an oral presentation or a poster session. Abstracts submitted early will be given preference in the selection process.

Only those abstracts submitted online and in accordance with these guidelines will be accepted for review.

Criteria for Abstract Submission

  • Abstracts must not exceed 350 words.
  • Abstracts must be written in English.

Preference will be given to abstracts that have not been presented at a recent international meeting.

Some travel awards are available for students and senior participants from low- and middle-income countries whose abstracts are selected by the Scientific Advisory Committee. 

Abstract Submission 

Complete the abstract submission form. Please include the following items in your submission, as applicable:

  • Title
  • Authors and affiliations: For each author, list the given name followed by the surname
  • Keywords
  • Region or country of focus
  • Goals and objectives
  • Study design
  • Results and lessons learned
  • Policy relevance or importance to public health or clinical medicine.
