The Scientific Advisory Committee will review all submitted abstracts monthly and will issue notifications (accepted or not accepted) within two months of submission. Successful applicants may be assigned to either an oral presentation or a poster session. Abstracts submitted early will be given preference in the selection process.
Only those abstracts submitted online and in accordance with these guidelines will be accepted for review.
Preference will be given to abstracts that have not been presented at a recent international meeting.
Some travel awards are available for students and senior participants from low- and middle-income countries whose abstracts are selected by the Scientific Advisory Committee.
